The wax itself was a good wax. However the salon didn't feel very professional. The room was sparse and hadn't been cleaned from the previous day. My wax was meant to be at 9 but i had to wait for the staff to open the salon up and was left waiting whilst they heated the wax. Ended up being about 20 minutes late. There were stains on the floor and ceiling so wasn't a very nice atmosphere. Whilst getting undressed i was also walked in on by another member of staff (very unprofessional). However the women who actually did my wax was good, however i did have to ask her to go over areas and tweeze as it wasn't up to my high standards. The wax took about half an hour (after my 20 minute wait)

The staff were very friendly helpful and everywhere was clean and tidy. However, I asked for a triangle of hair to be left during my brazilian wax instead of the traditional strip and it was a little bit wonky. Also, I had to ask the woman who waxed me to come back and redo a bit that she had missed, although she was very happy to do so. The wax was a very good price so I will probably come back again, even if it wasn't the neatest job I've ever had.

Really not impressed with the whole set up not clean baby just left in pushchair by staff to cry and poor drink over him self!! Get a childminder it's so cruel!
Indian head was the worse one I've had really more like a rub no massage at all
I usually have it in sitting position stating from back with a deep massage going up to neck over head then all round sinus areas
This was awful
Never again the whole shop lacks relaxation
