Considering this was my first Hollywood wax, the lady was fantastic, friendly, and made me feel really comfortable! Super speedy service and very clean treatment room. Excellent value. Will be using again.

Bad experience, they do not know how to perform a paraffin wax treatment, embrassing and messy , could not get toes painted the same day as they had done the the paraffin before painting my toes ,had to come back two days later for my toes to be painted. After i complained to treatwell about this. And also call them myself to complain i was given a £25 voucher as compensation, which i used to get my eyebrows done..these were done very nice .
