Booked on treatwell and arrived to a shut son, the lady let me in and was surprised to see two of us there waiting both with treatwell apps (not sure why we were both able to book for the same time if there was only one staff on shift) I then had to wait 15 mins for one of the ‘nail techs’ from another salon came. Foot spa was ok but the massage chairs practically beat up your back, she exfoliated my feet but then proceed to file and clip my toenails (not even long) to an inch of their life cos I had a double layer or something which I was not clear on. I had to ask her to stop as this was sore and then saw my cuticles were red where they had been cut!! No a week later I am lucky my toe hasn’t got infected as I have kept it so clean. My manicure was fine as she was friendly enough however it was a little messy and I did have to ask to have this cleaned up. My nails may be short but already a week later all my shellac has peeled off. Very disappointed as I paid £70 to have both done for my xmas party and now need to get a manicure re done..
