Massage was only 40 minutes when I paid for the whole hour! Room was cold, music was not relaxing at all and you could hear screaming children from within the shopping centre. Therapist kept talking to me throughout and the whole experience was not relaxing at all. I’ve had better massages elsewhere and I shan’t be going back. When I confronted the manager about only being an hour he laughed in my face! Appalling service!
