Worst hot wax I’ve ever had. She didn’t wait for the wax to dry properly before ripping it off. At one point, she had to use scissors to cut out the wax from my hairs. It took nearly an hour and was the most pain I’ve ever had from a wax. And she went over bits like 3 times. So disappointed, I left with tears in my eyes. I still have wax stuck in some bits. I’ve had a wax here before and had no issues, the lady I had today was clearly not trained enough and should not be waxing anybody until she is.
