The atmosphere downstairs in the salon was hectic and unorganised; there was a large queue forming that stretched outside the store and there was no one available to speak to even though I had an appointment booked. I had to speak to one of the ladies that was carrying out a treatment to organise this. She asked infront of everyone what my treatment was and when I said that it was a Hollywood wax it seemed like her and her colleagues all laughed at me which I felt was unprofessional. I waited 10 minutes for my appointment, then was called for my treatment and went upstairs. This lady was lovely and friendly and made me feel comfortable and happy with the treatment. I didn't manage to get her name unfortunately but I will definitely ask for her again if I go back.
When paying for my treatment at the till the man that served me also seemed cold and unfriendly. Overall the treatment went well, but I think some of the staff need to work on their attitude towards customers and their organisation skills when running the salon.
