I pre-booked an appointment 1 week prior, when i go for my appointment they say they’re too busy and i’ll have to wait untill the end of the day to have my eyelashes done. Was not apologetic. Also when getting a treatment they lack focus as they talk amongst there selves and i feel are not paying proper attention. very dissapointed, do nnot recomend.

Experience was fine, and I think the off peak price is very good value. However the mini pedi was literally just a cursory file and then polish. And unfortunately my shellac nails barely lasted a week. So mixed feelings - good price, pleasant service, but the results were a little underwhelming.

I had to wait for 30 minutes until I was seen by a member of staff and when she arrived she took another client first. I did a Hollywood waxing and the wax quality was horrible, it would break in pieces and thus was very painful. I would not recommend this place for waxing.
