They didn't have my booking when i arrived and asked me to come back tomorrow as they didn't have time for me. Eventually said they would honor booking after proving to then them that I had one. Continuously made me to feel like an inconvenience Burnt my nail with the electric nail file Poor finish on the gel nails which have already chipped Didn't remove any dead skin on pedicure Filed one toe nail on one foot into a point Didn't get the threading as they rushed me out of the store. Worst 'relaxing' time I've ever had

I had appointment at booked for the evening buy upon my arrival the shop was closed and no one had bothered to inform me.

Absolute dissapointment. Didn’t enjoy my massage at all. Seemed to me, that the lady who did it wasn’t even trained to be a massage therapist. Felt even worse after the prosedure than before I came there.
