I’ve had a manicure instead of pedicure and it was really great; really lovely therapist from Romania. The threading and waxing was not necessarily a pleasant experience but the result was good.

There was a lot of waiting around and poor communication.
I had to queue for 5 minutes at reception. The receptionist informed me that my (scheduled and confirmed) appointment would be delayed by 45 minutes. When I returned 45 minutes, I was still waiting for another 10 minutes. They made no attempt to contact me in the morning to reschedule. Not sure if I would make another appointment here. The treatment itself was fine, but not the customer service.

it was ok. missed a few eyebrow hairs. foot area on seats need to be cleaned properly. staff memeber was grand. better then others that work there. but for a fiver you get what you pay.
