Staff kept stopping and chatting in their own language felt uncomfortable because of this did not want to talk to me as a client did not make me feel welcome or relaxed.

The staff was really nice, although the brow threading process could be speeded up.

Had to wait 45 minutes for the mini pedicure. Had no idea what was going on but was waiting.
Feet were washed with freezing cold water - I kept shuddering - where was the soak as per Treatwell mini pedicure guidelines?
Staff kept gossiping/being distracted.
No compensation offered for having to wait so long and the rest of my day was messed up.
Not impressed, will not return

Staff are nice, but always gossiping with each other so treatments take a LOT longer than they need to. Very little attention to detail. My gel nails weren't sealed properly and chipped the next day.
