I booked with my friend and when we got there they couldn’t start doing my friend’s til later as the footbath was still left uncleaned from previous client. The staff who did my pedicure was very good she even gave me a foot massage. I asked not to use the grater when she was about to and she obliged without pushing it. The massage chair worked and it was a nice experience.

But this time the lady doing the waxing did not follow requests regarding my skin well while doing the waxing. Ended up with scarring
