I had the worst experience ever. I booked their service through the app Treatwell. I wanted to have my acrylic manicure removed.
Not only did they do a poor job, they also filed chunks of my skin off, made my fingers bleed and somehow made one of my nails bleed too.
I could clearly tell that they didn’t have proper training to remove the manicure. One person made a mistake and made my nails bleed and just passed me over to another one like a football.
Do not go here to have your manicure removed.
