It wasn’t very clean and I had to wait about half an hour as the staff had not yet arrived at 9 (the time of my appointment) and the shop was still closed
Once the wax had warmed however and the staff were ready the procedure was fairly fast. The staff were friendly but it wasn’t the cleanest atmosphere and the waxer double-dipped her sticks and was quite strict with the amount of strips she used (I think only 4 in total, for both of my legs?)
