I decided to book a deep tissue massage and pedicure here as it was well rated and my usual beautician was on holiday. When I arrived I was disappointed, the place didn't look particularly tidy, there was a random rail of clothes in the middle of the clinic, no music and dirty marks on the walls. There was confusion over what I had booked, with the beautician handing me my shoes to leave after my pedicure and when I asked about my massage she then said she wasn't sure if the massage room was ready, despite me being there for an hour by then. The spa massage chair was uncomfortable as the massage function wasn't turned on for me (guessing it's broken?) with one therapist placed a towel over the parts protruding into my back. The pedicure itself looks good, but getting it was very uncomfortable. The massage room had no music and was freezing, the sound from the road and the clinic was noisy. During the massage the masseuse did not check the pressure. Her long hair was not properly tied back and so it kept sticking to my oily body. I asked the therapist 3 times for deep pressure and explained where my tension points were 3 separate times as well, however she did not seem capable of delivering a deep tissue massage, preferring to offer a light head stroke massage until I eventually told her I was not getting what I'd paid for. I was then given about 10-15 minutes of rapid hard back strokes, before she told me my time was up. She asked if I was happy, I said I wasn't, she said "oh well your time is up, it will be better next time" and walked out.
