Mani/pedi took a really long time - 45minutes more than the booking suggested. Manicure was sloppy. Massage chair for the pedicure was broken. The room was very cold and toilet area grubby. The lady doing the treatments was not especially friendly or welcoming.

I asked the therapist to shape my eyebrows but not to take too much off as I was trying to grow them. I'm not sure she payed any attention to this as she shaped them very thin indeed and trimmed too much from my left brow so it looks like it sits lower then my right brow. I will not be going here again.
