Don’t bother wasting your money! It’s just not worth it. Understaffed and under-qualified. One lady was doing someone’s eyelashes at the same time as doing another persons nails. I arrived on time for my appointment but it started late. My nails were rushed and they ended up looking like I had done them myself. The nails were lumpy and not fully covered. Choice of colours are poor and staff rushes you when picking colours. Beware that they do not do nail art which is odd for a nail tech…AVOID!!

I wasn't sure what to expect having never been and it being empty when I turned up. I had a fantastic massage with Hassana being extremely caring and professional, letting me know at the beginning to let her know about pressure and checking I was OK when she massaged over a lump under my skin I have. She did my whole body and I felt fantastic afterwards. Well priced and a great service, will definitely be going back.

Great hair bad service. Stylist running late cos she didnt check of there were any bookings. (She told me that) after one person told me she was stuck in traffic & after the stylist said there was a fatality on the track! I waited 25 mins then was told to leave and come back 1 hour later. The stylist left a scratch in my forehead with her nail and told me i should be lucky to have her as she was a top london stylist. They offered me a free blowdry on days i couldnt do & brows which didnt want
