Was seen as soon as I got in the shop. Was really happy with my treatments. Very quick and not that painful. I was surprised at how little it hurt as I’ve had painful waxes in the past. Very good value for money. Will definitely be going back!

Appointment was over 40 minutes late.
Not great atmosphere, no music etc.
Manicure lady was nice, great selection of colours, but I noticed afterwards the colour wasn’t even across my nails and gel covered some of my cuticles.
Maybe just an off day as usually the place is quite busy.
