Recently I had a lot of stress and visited Anastasiya for de-stress Ayurvedic massage with her. It was amazing. During this massage I went through different experiences. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. I lost in time. The feeling of relaxation continued for a long time afterwards. Certainly, I advise de-stress Ayurvedic massage with Anastasiya.

Thank you for inviting me for a Ayurvedic massage as part of your case study on Saturday. It was a wonderfully relaxing experience, as you may have noticed I started snoring twenty minutes in!!!
After the massage I felt extremely calm positive and relaxed but also after ten minutes or so quite energetic.

Anastasiya Day, gave me a wonderful Pinda Sweda (massage with warm oils and herbal bag).
The warm oil and herbal bag complimented each other together to give a relaxing rejuvenating feeling. I liked the way the herbal bag heated up and then was applied to muscle tension. It soothed and loosened up these areas.
I slept well that night and the next day I felt rejuvenated and ready to compete.

Just had the most amazing massage! Far better than any massage I have had previously. Completely de-stressed and relaxed. Ana is a very professional Ayurvedic practitioner and was keen to ensure that all my stresses were massaged away. Afterwards I felt both relaxed and rejuvenated. Signed up for a course and would definitely recommend.
