Last week I had an Ayurveda whole body massage with Ana. It was very relaxing. The atmosphere in the room was nice: pleasant music as well as lighted candles helped to relax body and mind. After leaving the treatment my body felt more mobile and I noticed the tension had eased. I also had a very good night sleep, as I have sleepless nights quite often. This massage is highly recommended to people with back and joints pain. I am looking forward to my next treatment.

I always enjoy my Ayurvedic massage with Anastasiya and I also find her homemade oils beneficial. I come for my massage every Saturday and I really can feel the difference. Her treatments made my pain manageable. I’ve made massage therapy an integral and regular part of my total wellness plan. Her healing hands have been both a necessity and a gift for a greater quality of life. I can’t wait for my next massage.

I have enjoyed my many massages with Ana, the treatment and guidance she offered was very supportive and this really helped with my levels of stress. I love the home-made oils that Ana used and I found it very beneficial.

fantastic welcome and the treatment was out of this world. The only problem was the noise from other staff and clients in other rooms, doors slamming, loud conversations being had - very off putting!
