I had my first Ayrudic massage on Saturday but it definitely will not be my last. It was an hour of complete rest and relaxation. The warm oil was lovely on my skin which felt really refreshed and supple by the end of the treatment. The massage went from the soles of my feet to the top of my head so all the oil in your hair is not a great look but it really is worth it. This was the best type of massage I have ever had and three days later my skin still feels smooth and and replenished. As an added bonus I had a great night’s sleep too so thank so much Ana for your expertise in this practice.

I have never had an ayurvedic massage before, usually I have sports massage so I wanted a nice relaxing one for a change. My treatment didn't disappoint. The room had a lovely feel to it with candles lit and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there was a little background traffic noise (though I did book my treatment for rush hour!) The massage itself felt so luxurious with lots of warm oil used generously, after ten minutes or so I really was in quite a trance. The oil smelled lovely too, and the therapist was very knowledgeable about them afterwards when I asked her what she hasd used - they were clearly high quality. The treatment felt unrushed and I could have quite happily have gone to sleep for the night there and then in my cosy little cocoon. Will definitely be going again.
