BOOKING POLICY:

If you do not want to pay in full online, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot. This will be deducted from your final bill. Please add the "Booking Deposit" service to your cart at checkout. The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of your appointment. Bookings without a deposit will be cancelled.

Arrival & Late Policy:

I allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible by calling or messaging me. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled to avoid disrupting the rest of the day’s schedule, and your deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Your deposit will then be transferred to your new appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Failure to attend your appointment without any notice (a no-show) will result in the loss of your deposit. Future appointments may require full payment in advance.

Consultation & Consent Forms:

Please ensure all consultation and consent forms are completed before your appointment. This helps appointments run on time and ensures your treatment can be carried out safely.
