Arrival & Late Policy:

I allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible by calling or messaging me. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Your deposit will then be transferred to your new appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Failure to attend your appointment without any notice (a no-show) will result in the loss of your deposit. Future appointments may require full payment in advance.
