The lady who was doing my haircut was just so unpleasant and rude. I really didn't enjoy my visit. Wouldn't suggest to anyone.

I've been coming to Amia for a long time now - the staff are always professional and friendly, and I think it's great value for money.

Was an ok experience. Therapist was good and the wax was good. Bit annoyed that even though it claimed to be a 'Back and Shoulders' wax booked, they charged me an extra £20 to wax a bit more on my shoulders/arm. Other places normally have included those areas in their 'Back and Shoulders' package. Disappointed in that sense.
