A Mona did my manicure and she was very professional and friendly. She did a great job with my manicure and was attentive to detail. Having said that, the salon itself needs some TLC as looks a bit tired. When I was waiting for my appointment, there was a another client waiting and the person she had an appointment with wasn't even there. She sat next to me so she called him, but he was very rude to her, not even apologised, at least that's what she said and left. Some of the staff need a bit of attitude adjustment as I observed couple of such interactions with clients from other staff members.
