Mona is definately the best! She's fast, precise, very friendly and knows what she's doing to make you feel comfortable and give you no time for pain. We strongly recommend her treatments.

The lady tinted my eyebrows way too harshly and unevenly. I had to remove most of the dye when I was at home (even after she tried to salvage it after I told her my eyebrows were completely uneven).
The lady who cut my hair (a different one) washed my hair too roughly. She cut off way more than discussed and she didn't check my hair after she had dried it (she nearly killed my hair when blow drying for such a long, intense time), so when I came home I saw my hair was unevenly cut.

Staff were friendly however I was moved from the table I was at to a dark waxing room so another woman could be seated even though I had pre booked and pre paid. The finish was messy and uneven.
