My keratin treatment didn't take as long as I thought it would and all my friends and colleagues keep touching my hair and saying it looks really sleek! The staff was professional, incredibly friendly and attentive. They visibly cared for my comfort and offered me lovely tea. I really enjoyed my visit and liked the style and ambience of the place as well.

As every time I choose Carlos' is never a disappointment, it is an amazing haircut and fabulous blow dry.
I love the staff and the service and I would definitely recommend this fantastic saloon.

Very nice and personal customer service, which made me feel like a valuable customer rather than one time voucher buyer. Haven't washed my hair since the appointment yet, but hopefully the blow-dry treatment will be effective. Lovely experience!
