Worst experience at a hairdresser I have ever had. I left and spent the next hour on the tube home trying (and failing in the most part) not to cry. I was taken downstairs into a dingy room and asked what I wanted done- so far not amazing but not terrible. Then he started to, what I can only describe as 'poke and prod' at my hair with comments like 'I'm confused' and telling me my hair was terrible and disgusting and what on earth had the previous hairdresser done to it. funnily enough he did say that a haircut grows out in 6 months and I hadn't had my hair cut in 9 to 10 months so really he was just saying I had awful hair. He then said he could give me a "passable haircut- but that's the best I can do". Wow-that's what every girl wants to hear. I asked him if he could thin my hair- pretty basic knowledge for a hairdresser....you would think...he had no idea what I was talking about. At the end I was given the option of having 2 products in my hair (hair spray or something else) when I asked if they had gel (I think it was) he told me they only had those 2 products and nothing else. I also was left with a ton of hair ends all over my face as there was no brush to brush them away. The appointment was meant to last 60 minutes- it lasted 25 and even that was too long. The haircut in itself is awful. i went so that I can wear my hair down without using a million clips- I now have to use more clips than I did before the cut. Never go to this place-terrible, terrible experience.

Ive had previously my hair cut and now Highlighting TSection and he did exactly the way I asked for. Delicious coffee and nice head massage while washing my hair. Will definitely come back.

Ι think Carlos' salon is the friendliest there is in London. Emete did my Brazilian keratin. She is very professional , smiley & polite. Baika washed my hair and gave me a great head massage. All the staff were lovely. I will recommend it to all my friends. Will surely be going back!
