Very happy! They are super nice and I have always had an easy time scheduling my appointment. I had never had a keratin before and they were very helpful in giving me information about caring for my hair.

Very positive experience at Carlo's - upbeat staff, nice premises, and a great hair cut & blow-dry. My only real criticism was that my hairdresser spent quite a lot of time looking at MTV on the screen above his head, which most of the time I couldn't see!
