I did the Brazilian Blow Dry treatment for the second time at Carlos' - As usual the service is impeccable and the treatment was done at perfection. My hair look so nice and smooth.

The booking process was fantastic - booked in the morning and got an afternoon appointment all confirmed. I chose the formaldehyde free treatment as I didn't want to be inhaling the fumes. Was taken to the basement which was fine but the lady next to me was having the formaldehyde treatment and with no ventilation and the room filling up with fumes my eyes were streaming and throat burning as I was nearly finished I asked to go upstairs where there was a window open. My stylist kindly took me up but as he finished off straightening (took 5 minutes) the hairdresser next to me kept giving me dirty looks and saying loudly how "vile" and "disgusting" the smell was. I was embarrassed and disappointed. I've had this treatment elsewhere at a proper salon with extractor fans where the fumes weren't a problem and would recommend going somewhere better set up to give this treatment- especially with the health risks of inhaling formaldehyde. It's a shame I was made to feel so embarrassed especially after having spent over £100 on the treatment! :(

Such a wonderful salon! The staff are all really lovely & I've definitely found a new hair dresser! Will probably stick to the Monday offers due to being a student but if I ever need an emergency hair cut i'll happily pay the full price as it's really worth it.
The products smell amazing (I actually bought the shampoo used online) and I have quite damaged hair from dying/bleaching and they have really improved the condition of it from just one cut :)
I booked an appointment with Dom (as he was recommended to me) but actually got an appointment with Mo which definitely wasn't a bad thing as he's very kind & knows what he's doing. Really can't recommend this salon enough :)
