I had a cut and blow-dry yesterday. The whole experience was great! All the staff were really lovely, super helpful. Anthony did a lovely job on my hair, which is hard to find when you're curly. He was really friendly and knowledgeable and I'm looking forward to my next visit already.

Haircut was ok but you get what you pay for - don't come here and expect inspiration/advice on your haircut but if you come with a picture you'll be fairly satisfied. Personally I'd have preferred some advice and direction on what would suit me/whether my hair needed thinned etc. but they request a picture instead. In addition the staff / ambience leaves a lot to be desired (there always seems to be a ton of people just sitting around who don't even greet you with a smile when you walk in). Again, personally I'd prefer to pay a bit more and feel pampered and like the staff actually want me to be there, rather than feel like an inconvenience.

Carlos London hairdressing is my favourite place to get ombré done - had it done here twice now probably the best value for money in London. Staff are so friendly and attentive and my hair always feels so fresh afterwards
