I loved the price I paid for my haircut, I got a discount on Treatwell website. But the atmosphere....staff is not really polite or welcoming, at all. The receptionist let me notice - not with pleasant manners and just after 5 secs I was arrived - that my appointment was at 1.30 pm while on my confirmation from Treatwell website the time was clearly 1.15 pm. The girl who did my haircut never smiled and replied to my questions with a simple "Yeah"all the time. Cut could be better. Anyway, I'm thinking of trying again, you'll never know, maybe that day was just a bad day, and the centre is so close to my place. Let's see.

Was very pleased with blowdry. Haircut was good but layered more than I wanted. Friendly staff and good ambiance and I would recommend.

I was so impressed I knew I had to leave a review!!! He took his time to match the colour of my previous highlights and make it blend in - it came out perfectly! my cut was a simple one just the dead ends as I am growing it, and I was super afraid that she would take too much but she didn't, which turned out perfect. as a result of this when my husband came to pick me up i had them cut his and my sons hair to as they have a great deal for mens cuts too. Overall very happy and will be returning soon.

Started attending this salon after my previous salon in the area ruined my hair. Its taken over 6 months to repair the damage caused i personally recommend all that are looking for a new salon to attend regularly most of the team are top notch stylist I would like to personally recommend two of my favorites the first being Carlos the best natural colourist i have found since my disaster and Dominic as he is honest (a bit too much at times but we all need to hear the truth sometimes even if its not what you want to hear) and always delivers perfect results. Thanks Team CARLOS LONDON
