Got a great deal on an early morning appointment and although I wasn't expecting amazing things for my £22 cut and blowdry I was very pleasantly surprised! My senior stylist was super friendly and gave me a wonderful haircut - better than a few I've paid a lot more for! She advised me on some products to try but with no hard sell and was chatty without being over the top. Venue was quite small so I guess on a very busy day it may feel a little cramped but that's possibly the only negative I can come up with. I shall definitely be going back!

I really loved coming to Carlos London, as it was my first time visiting this salon!!
But what I can say is that my hair is now FANTASTIC. Soft, straight and manageable!! I am so so happy with the results, thus far. Not only that, the staff was so friendly, polite and service oriented. Thank you to Dominic and Ettien (I am terrible with names...sorry!) for the star treatment - they made something so bad look so good! I'm growing out a pixie cute (nightmare!) and my hair is just puffy, frizzy and generally a bit hard to manage. So I'm at a stage where it pretty much looks terrible all the time. But now, it's like I've been given someone else's hair in exchange for mine - it's truly brilliant.
Would highly recommend and will be going back :)
