I was very excited for this treatment, I was going on holiday the week after and wanted to get an ombre effect done for the first time. I had booked the treatment for 5pm, as I am at work during the day. Then I received a phone call asking to reschedule my appointment, which was fine. Then one day before my second rescheduled appointment, I received another phone call asking to reschedule my appointment once more, this time for a Friday at 2.30pm. One of the hair colourists had been fired and the other one was only available on Fridays. I declined and asked for a refund as I am at work then. Then I received another email from the salon saying my appointment had been rescheduled to the Friday 2.30pm. It may have been an automated email but I had to call up and spoke with a very rude girl who was saying the email did not matter even though her company had sent it. I am not sure if she received any customer training, seemed unlikely. The whole business was unprofessional, inconvenient and frankly very annoying. It was not worth the hassle at all and two weeks later I still have not had my hair done and instead had to get a refund.

I usually book with Emete for a wash, cut and blowdry but, due to unforeseen circumstances, I was booked in with Anthony instead and he did a great job - such a perfectionist and made me feel completely at ease. I was quite nervous at the thought of someone else cutting my hair other than Emete, but as usual, a tip-top service! Not forgetting the great wash and head massage provided by Ashley. Thanks again, Carlos London - see you next time :-)

I had been looking forward to visiting this salon but was actually quite disappointed by the experience.. I wasn't really asked in any depth how I wanted my hair colouring so the end result was that the colour was much lighter than I had expected. I also arranged for a cut & blow dry over the phone on top of the hair colour and was quoted £30, yet at reception as I tried to pay the receptionist tried to charge me £55. When I tried to explain, her demeanor towards me was rude and I felt quite uncomfortable. On the plus side the lady who cut my hair was fantastic, as was the lad who washed my hair - he gave a lovely head massage. It was an OK experience with the discount but I wouldn't return and pay full price.
