I booked a haircut and conditioning treatment package, the offer on Treatwell was definitely very good value for money. The haircut was great and found the conditioning treatment to be effective. All in all it was a very good service and offer.

The worst haircut I had in years! I had the feeling that, if you are customer who booked through Treatwell, not one of their posh regulars from St. James Wood, they don't care that much. I left salon with flat and still wet hair, though I had blow dry included in the price. I have paid for a haircut with the director and they gave me stylist, like I'm stupid and will not know the difference (director was busy with regular client). In the end they still charge me for the haircut with the director. Better spend your money somewhere else, where stylist pay attention to all the clients!
