I was here last week for highlights (half head) and a cut/blow dry. I am very happy with the highlights in two different colours. The stylist listened carefully to what I wanted with the colour and great care was taken. The cut was according to what inasked too, however the blow dry was slightly disappointing as it ended up being a basic one with no styling, I generally really enjoy a bouncy curly blow dry but ended up with something I could have done myself.

When I arrived I was the only client in the salon and they didnt seem to be expecting me. The stylist had to call Carlos (I think the owner) to ask what products to use and how to use them for the Keratin treatment. I explained I did not want to use a chemical treatment as my hair is already in bad condition, also I specifically stated that I did not want to straighten my hair but just smooth and defrizz, as I have natrually curly hair. Initially she tried to use the nano keratin but I asked to see the bottle and it was NOT a chemical free/organic option. So I insisted that the stylist call back Carlos and ask for the least chemical and most organic treatment that would not affect my hairs strength. By this point i had been there 15 minutes and nobody offered me a drink - despite being the only client in the salon. The stylist started applying the treatment and I was left for 20-30 mins for the treatment to work, at which point I had to ask for a drink of water as still nobody offered. When she began to apply heat, the stylist burnt my scalp repetedly and I kept asking to be careful, she also poked me in the eye with the styling brush when blow drying. The cut following the treatment was fine as it was just a trim. Having waited 5 days my hair feels silky but is completely flat and lifeless with no volume, also I washed my hair and my curl has completely been straightened and I significantly stressed I did not want any treatment that would straighten my curl, so until the treatment is washed out (can take up to 3 months) Im stuck with flat lifeless straight hair, I only pray that my curls arent destroyed and I havent permanantly damaged my hair. Had the stylist known what she was doing or had the owner listened to what I said I dont think they would have used this specific treatment. Also I was there for almost three hours and not a single person offered my a drink. Very unhappy... Would not recommend

Excellent experience, great results! Anthony is simply wonderful, very skilled and attentive. My blowdry usually last up to 3 days which is incredible!
