The salon itself is all right, however my hairdresser, Irina, was the least friendly person I've ever met. She spoke 2 words to me, didn't smile once, was on her phone and ignored me when I arrived. The haircut took 20 minutes instead of an hour as stated on Treatwell, I paid about £20 and it was a £20 haircut. I'm surprised the salon has so many good reviews considering the quality of the haircut and the unfriendly staff.
