I have come for a lash lift at Allure in the past and had a good experience, but this time I was disappointed. The lash lift was not well done and my lashes looked exactly the same coming out of the appointment as they did before. I’ve had a previous positive experience here so I know what they should look, so as they were 1. Not lifted at all and 2. Lighter in colour (my lashes looked darker last time with dark brown tint than this time with black) I wasted my money here and won’t be returning

I had a patch test here ahead of my appointment - they're open late so popped in after work. Staff were friendly and welcoming and took the time to explain everything. Highly recommend!
