Really lovely experience at Allure.Staff are so friendly, professional and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I entered into the shop and throughout my waxing treatment. The salon was clean, welcoming and had a nice atmosphere. I was really happy with the service and would definitely come back again!

The haircut started well. I showed the stylist how short I wanted it, and she initially got it right, but as she kept working, it became shorter and shorter. The haircut itself is good, but not the length I asked for.
The eyebrow threading was more disappointing. I showed a photo specifically to avoid the standard shape, and she agreed, but did the standard shape anyway and added a tail. I asked her to fix it, but by then the area had been thinned out, so it couldn't be corrected properly.
