This was my 3rd visit to Allertons. As always I was looked after by Dean. Firstly in depth consultation to see exactly what I wanted. Never rushed. Frequently offered drinks and magazines. Another great cut colour and blow dry.

I had an eyelash tint by Kathryn i do believe. She couldn't have done a better job. Looking forward to having more treats done : )

I went with my sister-in-law and they managed to book us both in at the same time which was nice and meant neither were waiting around. We also missed our train and phoned me they swapped the time for us, which we so helpful and kind of them! Salon is lovely and we both were offered a lovely cuppa on arrival!
The make up lesson and makeover was nice, we were asked if there's anything in particular we wanted and were shown the steps throughout.
We both had an enjoyable time- thank you! X

First time at Allertons and couldn't have been treated better. The only reason I gave 3 stars for ambience was down to the treatment room still being refurbished, which is out of the control of the therapist and the salon has to keep providing treatments even if the room isn't ready as it appeared to be the only room they had. However, the treatment itself was 5 star and the therapist was lovely and had a very firm touch!

Nails weren't up to the usual standard offered by Sara, unfortunately I think I will be trying somewhere else next time having learnt that Sara no longer works there which is a shame. Otherwise, I would try it again for other treatments.
