Would recommend. Slightly pricey but it is city centre. The hairdressing and make up staff are all wonderful ( especially Sylvia and Dean) but the spa staff I had the misfortune to speak to were standoffish and superior so I would use for hair and make up but give the spa and beauty a miss unless they replace the staff.

Amazing service by James. The cut was perfect for what I asked for (a very boring trim) but the blow dry was wonderful - totally went above and beyond and I left feeling the most glamorous I ever have. I'm hopeless with hair so never do anything too adventurous myself, so even extremely expensive salons just assume that I'll want it blow dried straight like I come in with and don't give me any other options. James gave me the choice and suggested what I believe is a 'curly blow' (I always assumed that'd be something you'd have to pay extra for), and truly perfected it, regardless of the fact I was otherwise a total mess. The staff were all lovely, despite me being quiet and finding these kind of situations quite awkward and difficult. The entire salon is immaculate, and with a Treatwell discount making it one of the cheapest haircuts I've managed to find, I wasn't expecting anything fancy at all. Now I totally regret all those years of spending around £50! Thank you so much - you went beyond anything I'd expect from a hairdressers and made me feel so good about myself. xx

Nice place, with friendly staff and offering a good service. Oh and they are open on Sundays too which is nice.
