I was made to feel very welcome, the young man who washed and cut my hair was very friendly, chatted with me and attentive to my wishes of how I wanted my hair to look!! When finished I was more than pleased with the result! But if I wasn't and had a problem AFTER I had left the shop, I was told I could nip back in and he would try to put it right, i.e; if I found a few stray strands of hair, or felt my fringe was still too long! I haven't had to go back and everyone likes my new look!! Thanks!
The only negative I have is that it was still a bit on the pricey side!

I had a dry cut just a trim, went for this option because it was the cheapest and I have very short hair so have to have it cut very often. It was ok for what I needed but doesn't look or feel as good as a cut and blow dry.
