Had a dry cut with James, I was very satisfied, all done as I asked for and was out the door within 25 minutes which suited me perfectly.

Would recommend. Slightly pricey but it is city centre. The hairdressing and make up staff are all wonderful ( especially Sylvia and Dean) but the spa staff I had the misfortune to speak to were standoffish and superior so I would use for hair and make up but give the spa and beauty a miss unless they replace the staff.
