My first time won't be the last time! Alem was absolutely lovely, she was very professional. It was my first time getting a wax but she put me at ease and coached me through the process and kept me informed. Alem made me feel very comfortable throughout - highly reccomend her.

Alem was very warm and made me feel comfortable. She was letting me know what she was doing during the process so at no point was uncomfortable. Very clean space too. Will definitely be going back.

Really great experience with Alem. She has a very calm and friendly demeanour and really helped me feel at ease. She took her time and I didn’t feel rushed. Would definitely recommend!
