Alem is lovely. Her space is clean and calming which made the atmosphere very inviting. Her technique was very good and she was very attentive to me during my appointment and throughout the process. My results after my wax were excellent.

Alem was amazing from the start til the end.
I wrote that I had sensitive skin and she checked in on me about that before the appointment. Suggestions and solutions were offered. The conversation was nice, reassuring and welcoming.
