Natalia was very nice but the salon is not clean. I left the treatment bruised, covered in wax and overall not satisfied. I will not return unfortunately.

Really disappointing experience sadly - I got a refund for my leg wax because I was left covered in wax, still hairy legs and it took an hour! My nails also took ages and have chipped after only three days. It was really hard to communicate with the therapists (the manager kindly translated) which is fine but meant it was even harder to explain the problems unfortunately. However they did process my refund which was good. Wouldn't go again.

The only thing I think could be improved is if the waxer spoke to the “waxee” a more. I’m quite sensitive in private area, so I do flinch a lot while being waxed. I like to be distracted with “1,2,3” and “you’re doing great”, so I don’t focus on the pain too much. Other than that, it was a nice clean wax and happy with the result!
