The only thing I think could be improved is if the waxer spoke to the “waxee” a more. I’m quite sensitive in private area, so I do flinch a lot while being waxed. I like to be distracted with “1,2,3” and “you’re doing great”, so I don’t focus on the pain too much. Other than that, it was a nice clean wax and happy with the result!

The salon was ok, however I paid for gel manicure and pedicure and a day later nails on both my hands and feet have peeled off, and I do not have time to go back before my holiday. The staff members in the salon didn’t really acknowledge me and instead spoke loudly to eachother for the duration of the appointment. Really disappointed as this salon had good reviews and that’s why I booked it.
