I had booked into a half leg wax and hollywood. this should have been an hour and 10 and i was there for nearly 2 hours. she didnt do a good job waxing, i have broken hairs and missed patches on my leg. She repeatedly went over the same patch on my leg with the strip and i still have sore skin from it

Eyelash removal treatment burned my lids and I got some minor scabs. The woman who did my lashes didnt understand what I wanted. Offered me "cat-" or "doll-" style. Gave up and asked for cat? and it ended up not looking like a cat eye and like "doll" any way. The glue she used was way way too thick and ended up making me lose most of my lashes. All in all, not a great time
