Please dont go to this salon, its the worst nail treatment i had and the worst customer service in my life. They took 3 hours to do my infills which came out wanky and had gaps, then she tried to fix them but it turned out uneven. When she got onto shellac it was applied with incorrect technique and turned out completely uneven and shellac going over my nailbeds onto my skin. The woman kept on saying: if ‘you think i am doing something wrong tell me’- my question is shouldnt she notice this? It felt like its the first time she saw nails in her life. By the end of 3 hrs i completely lost hope and told her to take off shellac, i left the venue with unfinished nails and did shellac at home myself. Whats worse is that they told me i can request a refund which i did but in they refused to give me refund despite that i provided pictures of their awful work and evidence to treatwell. What an absolute bunch of hoots and liars! The place is also outdated and looks nothing like the pictures by the way. They had to open the door whilst i was there because of the fumes inside the venue.
