My first appointment with Nicole went very well; she actively encouraged me to highlight the areas of tension in my back. I’ve already booked a follow-up, as deep tissue massage wouldn’t work as a one-off for me, given the amount of knots I’ve got. I’d encourage people to go for a series of sessions as it will help the breakdown of tension and any scar tissue. All in all, a very professional company and a positive experience - I recommend.
