The salon is unprofessional - I called an hour before my appointment to say I could only arrive 15 minutes past, can we still do all treatments otherwise happy to rearrange. I was told this is fine. I come and I’m greeted by an unfriendly and rude receptionist who is straightaway glaring and saying you’re late. Linda is excellent and can’t be faulted but ultimately they didn’t do the full treatment, despite me phoning to check. I’ve had a few experiences with bad timeliness.
