Had a nice Biab but the shape ended up not being the one I wanted, as we had to fix it last minute for some issues with my nails

the therapist didn't cover properly my bottom lashes during the lash lift, which resulted in product bending/curving my lower lashes. I asked about it right after the treatment but was told this will go back to normal in a couple of days if i moisturise them. We'll it didn't, they look messed up, all curved and twisted in different directions, and I can't enjoy my upper lashes because of it. I won't be coming back
